"I enjoyed the people I worked with and the customers, also enjoyed the gratification of repairing customers' products."

"Accenture was extremely 'self' oriented and did not really relate to the client. I am proud to say that I turned that relationsship into a 'cooperative' environment. Multiple ways of working were changed to have the customer more 'related to'. This contributed to expansion of business for Accenture."

"Originally, Accenture's behaviors were 'my way or the highway'. This changed over time (for the better)."

"I would encourage emphasis on strong customer service skills and the willingness to be a team player in an interview with ADP."

"To continue to conduct client surveys to ensure continued satisfacation, but also to survey the employees to see how processes can be improved upon."

"Teh cut thoat sales approach and dishonesty or lack of knowledge of the products that my coworkers had."
