The primary point of contact between temps and the company is the site rep. This person makes it their goal to ensure staff are well cared for and happy within whatever role they are hired for. I appreciate the time spent on Randstad contracts and I always felt heard by my site rep."

Yes, the salary is higher than what I was making and was told I would make $75-$80K a year after bonuses...But the bonuses were a joke. This level of "staffing" is not for Technical Recruiters, they deal with low level, high school drop outs who are not professional. You are expected to break your back for next to nothing. Your placements do not count for you unless they are people you put in the system. This company is great for people who have no real recruiting experience and want to get into "staffing"."
