"I worked as a contractor for this company doing telephone, client, Technical support for CCH Engagement software. I was also able to develop other technical skills as the needs arose in different areas relevant to the circumstances. The team I was on was helpful when I was not able to find the solution on my own. And the clients were pleasant to deal with as well. The leads were great, knowledgeable and eager to help, and train those that needed it. This was an overall great experience."

"It's a good job if you are looking for something that is not long-term. I am on the search now for something that I love doing, verses something I do just because it's a job."

"My job is really repetitive. I am really wanting something more creative and hands-on, verses soley on the computer."

"The micromanagement, no freedom to be myself, wearing a tie."

"Change the role of the staffing consultant. Take out some of the administrative stuff and focus on the people skills stuff, recruiting, interviewing and sales are the important things, and take out the administrative stuff."
