"Sometimes the company had too much of a corporate feel. By that, I mean that the policies employed were those of a big company, and the customers did not hesitate to tell us that."

"Overall, the structure of the job is pretty reasonable. The only thing I would change is how one is stuck working a specific schedule, especially since most of the people working at our location are students in need of a flexible schedule."
