"There was a time when saying you worked for this company meant something. Now, it is such a toxic environment that it literally causes headaches and anxiety every day. I do not know of a single long-term employee NOT currently seeking employment elsewhere right now. Leadership included. The pay is subpar in the industry. We were all used and abused during the recent BBVA acquisition and now the Bank executives act like we should all be happy to have jobs now. Getting promoted is like winning king and queen of the prom. It’s a joke and popularity contest. Recruiting internally is the WORST. If you dare attempt to change departments, prepare to sit on their decisions for months and months. To then see the same jobs go out to google websites. PNC is losing sight of people. That’s customers and employees. That’s going to haunt them"
