"I hope you don't mind gallup, that is what this whole bank is about."

"We have a system where we are rated on by the customer and if we don't get all fives we fail. If a customer is mad about anything previous they can score you bad on something you couldn't even control."

"I would take more time speaking with my employees and listening to their input, as well as their complaints."

"I really enjoyed the problem solving aspect of my job, helping customers reconcile their account down to the penny. With the ability to teach them where the differences were and how to avoid the mistake in the future. Which in turn saves them money and gives them a sense of a great customer experience."

"It is a fantastic place to work for, your earning potential doesn't stop with your base pay. It is unlimited on what you can do through referrals."

What don't you like about working at PNC Financial?

"Truthfully there was not a day I didn't want to go to work, I really enjoyed my time with PNC Bank."

"Equal treatment of all employees makes for a better team morale. Same rules should apply to all employees."

"I like my customers but hate the high stress and selling environment."

"DON'T DO IT. Just kidding, make sure it is really what you want to do."

"When you cry before bed and cry when you wake up because you have to go to work you know you have a serious problem. My boss is not very professional in the way that he talks to me."

"I would make sure that my employees actually enjoyed coming to work everyday."

"PNC Bank truly is a good company to work for and I would advise anyone to seek employment there."

"I did not like the territory I was responsible for because it didn't give me any time at home with my children throughout the week."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would still be working with PNC had I been considered for the three positions I applied for but was not hired because they didn't want to take me out of the territory I was in because I was doing so good in that territory."

What do you like about working at PNC Financial?

"I love this company, as they are one of the big banks in NJ. PNC Bank is the leading full-service provider of financial services in America. Working with them was very good learning experience. I will be very thankful to PNC bank and my manager who always helped me and appreciated my work."

"Wonderful company to work for and lot of opportunities for your future development."

"I can only say thanks to PNC Bank Management. They were very kind and helpful. And because of them I am here today."

"It was a job in the IT field. Kind of a starter position."

"Not to. Never work for them. Very discriminatory. Never, never, never."

"Not very supportive. Actually, not at all supportive to what was going on in my life."

"Learn how to deal with people. Evidently they have no clue how to."
