"I enjoyed the overtime pay. I enjoyed the flexibility of scheduling after you have built up your seniority. I enjoyed the supervisor on how they have an open door policy."

"I did not like the fact at the last minute they told you have to stay over-time or someone they let go under you in senior which meant that you would have to stay overtime."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A little better forecasting for those so the situation will not lead to a crisis situation. Try to be a little bit more proactive instead of reactive."

"I did not care for the upward mobility that they imposed on the administrative support."

"It was a good place to work. I had the freedom of running my own schedule and to make the money."

"Know how to do basic math and be able to interact with people. Be willing to work more than 55 hours per week."

"They changed the pay scales and changed your territory too often, always resulting in lower pay for the sales rep."

"My suggestions to management is to treat their employees equal to listen to their employees' opinions and respect them. Sometimes when you treat others with respect they tend to give more at work and make their managers accomplish what is intended of them."
