"There were certain people in charge who had a personality that did not bide well with most subordinates."

"Nothing now. Lifetime Fitness Sugar Land is under much better management."

"Challenging pace. NPI process. Working with teams around the globe."

"Limited growth potential. Inability to move positions. Lack of formal training procedures being developed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Improved communication through various levels of the company. Standardized reporting of pertinent information between groups."

"The laid back atmosphere and the ability to know a lot of the employees within the bank."

"Fight for the salary you want. They will try to give you the lowest salary for a lot of work"

"There is a lack of leadership when aking decisions. Too many chiefs and not enough indians"

"This was the first company that gave opp to move up."

"The upper manager believed they could make the parts outside with less money."

"Could had given the company employees an opp to find ways to make the parts for less money."

"It is a great work place and environment, and I am so sad that they are closing the Bellevue call center."

"Prepare for the interview and know the job you are applying for."
What don't you like about working at Verizon Wireless?
"I am not qualified for pension money since I was hired in 2001."

"Stay in touch with employees and communicate as soon as anything is going to change."
What do you like about working at YRC Worldwide?
"This job was awesome, the ultimate game of speed chess in a logistics environment. Not every one could do this job. Your 12 hr shift starts and you have 35 union Teamsters, 30 forklifts, 3 guys moving trailers in and out of the dock and 50 trailers to un-load and re-load before the clock runs out. The better you design the freight flow the more money the company makes per shipment. You get a grade everyday !"

"Speak your mind and be bold, if you can't do that you can't work for Yellow Freight in a Union Teamster environment."
What don't you like about working at YRC Worldwide?
"Yellow was a great company. There is nothing I didn't like."

"Management ran the operations very well while I was their."

"Company has wonderful people, some valid community service programs, stability and strong growth potential."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"When asking about benefits and holidays - ask how and when they can be taken. Ask about the programs in use, the stability of them, and roadblocks to success. Ask about support networks, and mostly, ask about the frequency and quality of your review periods with you manager/supervisor."
What don't you like about working at Asurion?
"Services offered in poorly communicated, misrepresented, and deceiving. Resources provided to do the work are unstable and frequently down. Lack of functioning tools, clean, consistent processes, and support hamper ability to meat performance goals that are unreasonable under current circumstances. Feedback, trainings, personal development frequently cancelled or shortened due to to system issues, or lack of support and staff to manage. Company is still, after 15 years unable to properly forecast and are either sending staff home for no work, or more frequently - harassing to death for more and more and more hours. Vacation hours are earned on accrued balances, but can rarely be taken as requested due to staffing, systems, and poor planning."

"Your front line and support people are your most important resource. Without them, you have no one to serve your customers, to be the face of the company, and to bolster your reputation and standing. We are people. We are loyal, we work hard, we give a lot. But we are not machines. We have feelings, we have fears, and we have families."
