"Everything. The union runs the company. The management does not appreciate the first line supervisors."

"I would show the employees that I appreciate them a little more. Give them more praise and raises more often."
What do you like about working at YRC Worldwide?
"This job was awesome, the ultimate game of speed chess in a logistics environment. Not every one could do this job. Your 12 hr shift starts and you have 35 union Teamsters, 30 forklifts, 3 guys moving trailers in and out of the dock and 50 trailers to un-load and re-load before the clock runs out. The better you design the freight flow the more money the company makes per shipment. You get a grade everyday !"

"Speak your mind and be bold, if you can't do that you can't work for Yellow Freight in a Union Teamster environment."

"Yellow was a great company. There is nothing I didn't like."
