"Nestle is a good company to work for but changes in management may change your future in the company and they wont care of all the incredible good things you do for the company when time to get rid of you comes, love Nestle but some management are not 100% qualified to run business and professional lives."

What don't you like about working at Nestlé?

"New management trying old processes that do not improve and not listening, or asking senior people what their opinions were, then draw a conclusion on their experience. Team work and background information on past ideas always allows a group to succeed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen, take a poll, understand the process and help assist in new styles or modeling. All manufacturing is different and people are different. Managers need to drive results from their team members strong points and help coach them on their weaknesses. Building up will always produce great results. Threats diminish progress."

What do you like about working at Nestlé?

"I really enjoy working with various Nestle teams, which has given me a strong understanding of Supply Chain. Nestle is a great company with great ethics and social responsibility. When I worked at the headquarters I was able to get involved in multiple programs such as a reading program for local schools. I think it is important for companies to give back and help their community."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Provide details and examples when answering all questions asked by the hiring manager and recruiter."

What don't you like about working at Nestlé?

"I wish I was provided more opportunities that are remote. Unfortunately many managers do not understand what a mutual benefit it is to have some employees work remoteI have proven myself for the last 4 years and the company asked me to stay on when I advised them (provided a 6 month notice) that I will be moving to San Francisco, however no opportunities are being made available to allow me to grow within the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To realize that finding a responsible and hard working individual can be difficult, so it is important to re-think and re-analyze their hiring processes. My current job is all done by email and phone since I am working with companies and Nestle contacts all over the United States, there are so many positions within Nestle that are very similar and can be done remote, hence saving the company money for desk space."

"Some of the people are good to work with, and the benefits are pretty good."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you've worked for another big name company you are a shoe-in - but don't expect the compensation or opportunities for advancement. Think long and hard if you want to leave your current company for Nestle."

What don't you like about working at Nestlé?

"There is no room for growth in the company. Nestle is not interested in developing its employees, and there is so much corporate politics its unbelievable. I've seen so many people leave after only a short time and I've only been here a few years. They constantly have to hire people to replace people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus on your employees a little more and not on your own job security."
