If you are the type of person that likes to think through your issues thoroughly, this is probably not the place for you. If, however, you enjoy mundane busy work and creating actions for the sake of creating actions that typically have little to no impact on the business, you might check it out."

"The company in and of itself is a good place. But, the tools that they use are old and antiquated. Senior management does not seem to be open to suggestions related to improvement and I believe my efforts would be more appreciated elsewhere. I am interested in working for a dynamic company that is open to suggestion and I love to problem solve and streamline processes. Nestle S.A. seems unwilling to grow and adapt. However, the employees are fantastic and they hire great people."
