"Only interview if you're comfortable with constant high stress."

What don't you like about working at Nestlé?

"The company has undergone structural changes since I've started there 2 years ago, and I'm on my 3rd Ops Manager. It's difficult to get your footing when the staff is constantly changing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management would benefit from listening more to the people in the trenches, and follow market trends in terms of retaining business."
