"Negotiate a higher rate once an offer has been made. The worst they can do is say no. Be sure that your skills are top notch if you want to be hired and/or have your contract renewed. They are somewhat conservative."
What don't you like about working at Nestlé?
"The facilities, which are temporary, but inadequate. Being a contractor has many caveats. However, the company itself is excellent."

"To provide a higher starting range for contractors in order to retain those who are talented and hard working."
