"This company looks good on the outside, but once you step foot inside the production floor, the work performed and the people that are hired to do the work do not match. In order to be a world class company, you need world class employees and this company does not do well in screening their employees before employment. I would not recommend this company, because they want to make the money, but they are unwilling to update machinery to eliminate downtime issues and safety hazards."
"Great place to work employed there for over 7 years!"
"I have worked for Nestle for about 4 years and have found it to be a fair place to work. Nestle suffers from the typical large organization woes of disconnected departments and overbearing process and oversight. The compensation is average but the benefits are excellent. While I believe there is opportunity for advancement, real opportunities are difficult to determine and agonizingly slow to become reality."
"No work life home life balance!"
"Great company, employees, mission, and values. Management is open and honest, goals are visible and appropriately challenging.Management is very encouraging and really want their team members to succeed. During my time here, my boss has worked with me to make sure I get the experience I need to grow in my career."
"I've worked with Nestle Puerto Rico since 2009, where I have developed into a great manager."
"They were a fine company to work for until they off-shored all production support functions."
"I worked for Nestle for 1.5 years as a temporary worker, I didn't have much control as to moving up in the company because I was not hired on full time. I wish I was, then I would be able to go above an beyond on the job duties that were assigned to me."
"A very good company, with a dedicated work force."
"I work for Nestle USA for last 6 years. Nestlé USA the world's largest food company with a focus on Nutrition, Health and Wellness. Nestle Brands are Nestlé Waters North America, Nestlé Nutrition, Nestlé Professional, Nestlé Canada. Over 25 manufacturing facilities, 46 distribution centers, and 15 sales offices across the country. Nestlé offers a wide variety of food and beverage products that enrich the very experience."
"I've worked for Nestle Caribbean for 10 years, I learnt a lot during this period since the company is a very dynamic corporation, you do not have time to feel comfortable in any position. When you think you have finished implementing a requirement or project, a new requirement comes along. It allows you to maintain up to date."
"Nestle is a good place to work. Moving up requires a 4 year degree which to me is unfair. You can't buy 25 years' experience."
"I've worked for Nestle as a Production Supervisor and Sanitation Manger."
"Its a great company to work for but I wanted a better job thats more involved with my degree."
