As any big company it changes the strategy very often, mainly on the IT area as it is not their focus, but for sure one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Depending on the location, the working environment could be nice or poor. The benefits are OK, but smaller and same size companies can offer better. The main negative point is "no empowerment of the employees" and the main positive point is the international exposure."
