"You are lucky to be interviewed by an American.They look for an overall balance of character. Most of the immigrants pepper you with technical details."

"You can be removed immediately at the discretion of the Morgan manager, without any recourse for appeal or explanation - modern-day slavery."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It's a waste of time to make any suggestion. The outsourcing relation is an exploitative one. You have to be dreaming if you think these guys are waiting for suggestions."
