"Stop treating their employees as sheep, and understand that they have lives outside of work."

"The only issue was that Morgan at that time required me to sell a specific line of products without letting me define the needs of the clients to then match the best product."

"Management did a good job of staying involved in their employees' businesses. To continue to stay involved is the best advice."
