"Ask alot of questions about what is expected of them regarding OT. I was working 7 days a week 10 to 12 hrs a day for over a month because so many people quit."

"Find dedicated supervisors that are there to help you .Not be so busy trying to get their personal home loan pushed thru that they throw you under the bus when things happen because they aren't their to answer questions."

"The legal department is very slow, which caused a major delay in my Green Card process."
