"This was a great company until E*Trade bought it out and drastically cut the pay"

What do you like about working at Morgan Stanley?

"Location was close to home"

What don't you like about working at Morgan Stanley?

"They ruined a good company. Prior to buyout, there was positive morale, the commission structure was pretty good, and people had smiles on their faces. Everything reversed when the buyout went through, pay was cut, and threats were constantly made to employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Create a positive work environment."
