"My dislikes are: less time for family and personal development, and very hectic and reporting-oriented."

"Hire more people and train them to the levels needed."

"It can be intimidating because of the name, but no worries, as they are a great bunch of people to work with. Go in with your knowledge and think about your answers before speaking them."
What don't you like about working at Microsoft?
"I am the only remote worker on my team that is based in Fargo, ND. I have no opportunity to move up."

"Always listen to what your employees are saying, even if you do not always agree. The important item is that you're listening to them."

"The city is way too hot in the summer and there is no AC during overtime."
