"I've been a consultant at Microsoft New England's Research and Development Center since 2018. Other than my direct supervisor, my closet colleagues are in Montreal Canada. My supervisor trusts me to know what needs to be done on any project and only consult him when necessary. I have more day-to-day contact with the remote software engineers. Our working relationship is very collaborative. I have even been asked to consult on other Microsoft software products from time to time"
