"I like the respect and team effort. My team has been given many challenges over the years, but my team pulls together to go above and beyond."

"It can be intimidating because of the name, but no worries, as they are a great bunch of people to work with. Go in with your knowledge and think about your answers before speaking them."

What don't you like about working at Microsoft?

"I am the only remote worker on my team that is based in Fargo, ND. I have no opportunity to move up."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Always listen to what your employees are saying, even if you do not always agree. The important item is that you're listening to them."
