"Great place to work. Loved working there. Many opportunities so long as you know your stuff and put in the work and time. They are always looking for ways to improve and give back to the community. Good compilation for what you are asked to do and the benefits are second to none. They even offer medical benefits to part time employees. Everyone there is like family and treated each other with respect. If you ever have a concern or suggestion the management's doors are always open."

What do you like about working at Microsoft?

"I like the good medical benefits, the well-organized management, good pay and help to grow careers and education, and lots of opportunities to interior job availabilities. I am happy to go back to work for them as soon as there is an opening for my job titles. They are a great company to work for on Redmond facilities."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"For someone starting their career, this is a good company. If I get a future opportunity to get back to work, I will be the 1st one to go back to work for this company. I love this place and staff. It is a great work place."

What don't you like about working at Microsoft?

"Nothing to say, as this is an excellent work environment and work place."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Increase retirement benefits. This is an excellent company and environment."
