"I liked the fact that I had the freedom to work on trouble tickets from anywhere in the hospital with the laptop they provided, so I did not have to return to the office for more work. Walking around the building, meeting new people, and working with friendly staff was also something I greatly enjoyed."

"Because I had to wear so many different hats, it allowed me to learn so much."

I did everything from front desk receptionist, to registration clerk, to Acct Rep for Billing and Collections, to Call Center Supervisor, Switchboard Switchboard, training all new registration to use the application and providing coverage within the health center when short staff."

"The managing nurses treated the lower level employees as though the only thing that was important was work, not family or health."

"Don't work the staff so hard. The managers were miserable and the staff was as well. They had to work too many hours and had alot of pressure to deal with."
