"Because I had to wear so many different hats, it allowed me to learn so much."

What don't you like about working at Mercy Hospital?

"I felt like I reached my max potential. I did everything from front desk receptionist, to registration clerk, to Acct Rep for Billing and Collections, to Call Center Supervisor, Switchboard Switchboard, training all new registration to use the application and providing coverage within the health center when short staff."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try not wear out your staff."
