"The suggestions I have are too little, too late. The project has since closed down."

"What I didn't like about working for McDonald's was the lack of teamwork at times. For such a fast-paced workplace, teamwork is key to not falling behind."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that the management be a little more assertive with their teams. Some co-workers think it's all fun and games because they work in fast food, but there has to be structure, or all will fail."

"My hours are short, and with what little hours I get, they get cut because business is slow."

"I disliked everything. The manager was crazy and rude, and nasty to workers."

"Take a class on people skills, and be more cheerful."

"The stability of the franchisee is very questionable at this time."

"It is very important to get the priorities straight and work toward some common goals."

"Please come dressed in khakis with a dress shirt and dress shoes, and be professional."

"The McDonald's operation was actually in the AT&T call center, and from time to time the operational supervisors for AT&T would be rotated out so we would not know who we were reporting to."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stay ahead of the curve if you are going to run a computerized database system. Linux and MySQL are better than Microsoft 3.1."

"I oversaw all systems working mostly through my management teams."

"I used the following skills in this position: inventory management, people practices, planned and daily maintenance, safety and security, training, business planning, crew/management scheduling, and internal communications. I was responsible for all controllable P&L lines with an emphasis on food cost and payroll, sales increases, and mystery shops."

What don't you like about working at McDonald's?

"I dislike filling out a lot of books in the store and it not needed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make the right ideal for the company to make the sales increase."
