"I would suggest that the management be a little more assertive with their teams. Some co-workers think it's all fun and games because they work in fast food, but there has to be structure, or all will fail."

"The McDonald's operation was actually in the AT&T call center, and from time to time the operational supervisors for AT&T would be rotated out so we would not know who we were reporting to."

"Stay ahead of the curve if you are going to run a computerized database system. Linux and MySQL are better than Microsoft 3.1."

"I used the following skills in this position: inventory management, people practices, planned and daily maintenance, safety and security, training, business planning, crew/management scheduling, and internal communications. I was responsible for all controllable P&L lines with an emphasis on food cost and payroll, sales increases, and mystery shops."

"I dislike filling out a lot of books in the store and it not needed."
