"A structural VAR uses economic theory to sort out the contemporaneous links among the variables (Bernanke, 1986; Blanchard and Watson, 1986; Sims, 1986). Structural VARs require "identifying assumptions" that allow correlations to be interpreted causally. These identifying assumptions can involve the entire VAR, so that all of the causal links in the model are spelled out, or just a single equation, so that only a specific causal link is identified. "The only tips I can provide are to smile and be yourself. They don't expect a lot from you, but they need to know that you are serious and aren't going to be a flake."

What don't you like about working at McDonald's?

"What I didn't like about working for McDonald's was the lack of teamwork at times. For such a fast-paced workplace, teamwork is key to not falling behind."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that the management be a little more assertive with their teams. Some co-workers think it's all fun and games because they work in fast food, but there has to be structure, or all will fail."

"Good starting job with lost of opportunities for growth. You can learn a lot about running a business and what it takes to move up the ladder, on top of the opportunities provided to pay for your schooling it does not get better than that."

"McDonald's is flexible and they work around my schedule. I am able to take time out when my kids are sick."

"My hours are short, and with what little hours I get, they get cut because business is slow."

"Try giving employees more hours."
