"After the initial company I was hired on at, Applied Financial, was acquired my Marquette the internal process to approve or deny deals was much slower."

"At the time I worked for Mazuma there was a power struggle going on between the two principals, this created a bad working environment for everyone."

"This is a very structured and reputable companies with great discipline and great technology. The marketing and engineering groups are world-class. It was exciting and rewarding to work to protect the 80% market share our particular product commands."

"Be prepared. KLA hire only the best. The interview process could be very dynamic to weed out the pretenders from true contenders that will not only fit the company culture but truly succeed."

"Like any large companies, corporate red tapes, and office politic is a very common issue. Managing internal folks seeking personal gratification over best interest of the company is often much more difficult than managing the customers."

"It's often difficult to truly prioritize and allocate resources appropriately and to implement the right program. A cookie-cutter program/set of policy may not fit across the various product divisions within this mega corporation."

"Autonomy, resources, highly flexible, easy access to management, fast pace, dynamic."

"Be very clear with the expectations for career growth and growth opportunities. Watch out for senior managers that have special relationships with the owners, they are untouchables, regardless if they don't do any work."
What don't you like about working at Kingston Technology?
"Dealing and working with unqualified personnel in the company. Also the seniority entitlement by older employees was a difficult obstacle to overcome, there was a lot of employees that have been there for many, many years, and they skated by taking credit from their subordinates."

"Clean house, remove all the personnel that do not merit to be there, abolish nepotism."

"Mall managers need to be professionals at multi-tasking, creative and positive thinking and dealing with people."

"The only thing that gets tricky is juggling the priorities of a number of different supervisors (marketing, management, leasing and owners) but it can be done!"
