"I absolutely love design - have it be print, mobile, web, multimedia, etc. It's extremely fulfilling and more than just a job for me. I especially love UI/UX because you are involved in almost every aspect of the project... requirements gathering, user personas, wireframing, visual comps, UAT, on and on. I love seeing my vision come to life. There is something completely rewarding about it. I love giving back to more junior designers as a Manager, as I have had great mentors within my career."

"I love being at the level where I can recommend and sometimes make changes. I am to the point where I can confidently make decisions for the company and determine whether or not they would be beneficial. The one thing I dislike about my job is the fact that I am not at the top and that I still have restrictions on some decision making situations. There have been a few times where I can determine a constraint within our company, but am unable to make changes if the owner does not agree."
