The bad: immediate management did not realize the true position, all they required was numbers, this was an enterprise sales position, where relationship building is key to selling."

"Constant changes to the sales incentive plans. Micro managing of the sales people."

"Stop making so many changes in such a short period of time. You need time for things to work or not work."

"No alignment of sales teams. Multiple sales teams would call upon the same customer to cause confusion."
