"They bought the company I was working for, and sent us all packing. They did not give us a chance to acclimate to the new company and succeed."

"Give people a chance, tell them where you need them to take you, and give them a chance to succeed for you before making decisions to put them on the street."

"Company cutbacks. Instead of letting go of service, they should look at the people running service."

"I liked my bosses and the team organization. I enjoyed being challenged and motivated to bring in sales. I feel that anyone who is employed here will grow as a salesman and will be benefited from their experience."

"I didn't like that the compensation plan had changed so drastically. It left me in a bind financially and ultimately led to my resignation."

"Keep on challenging your teams and making KMBS a great place to work."

"With the exception of Management my coworkers were all good people."

"Try the competition. They pay better."

"There was no training. No sales support. Very little opportunity for advancement. Managment would use Nazi-like terror tactics on the staff. My managers lied to clients at every opportunity to make a buck. Inferior and overpriced product ensures a low commission check. Horrible customer service as a whole."

"Put together some sort of training process. Treat people like human beings. STOP LYING TO PEOPLE."
