"This the worse place to work. Laboratory managers don’t care about their employees and there pathetic they create a hostile environment all the time . Don’t work for Kaiser. You will regret it. You will be miserable every single day."
"Kaiser is a large corporation with many internal benefits to its employees. While the medical benefits are fantastic it is a large corporation and hard to make your way up the career ladder."
"KP is a great place to work with many opportunities."
"Best job ever."
"For the massive size of the company, it is relatively good to work there. The culture is positive and is accepting. I had as many managers there as the number of years I worked there, 15. That in itself was not problematic for me. The problematic part was that on occasion either the manager or their manager were of lower quality and not that compatible. The pay and benefits were great. With an aging work population, I think they overall can handle that better than they often do."
"KP is a big healthcare organization with good perks and benefits."
"I worked for Kaiser Permanente starting December 2020- January 2021. The job gave me great experience of being a medical receptionist. The job was very outgoing and I learned a lot I got more experience being a receptionist there and I was very satisfied."
"I’ve worked for KP for 5 years. They pay above average for my role and have a fantastic compensation package for employees. The benefits alone are incentive to stay with KP. However, depending on the department, professional development in a career can be limited."
"In my last position, I experienced a diverse variation of member services that allowed a more personal experience with the member seeking medical, financial, and support. When reviewing the position requirements, I was excited to find that my qualifications and personal strengths align with your company’s needs. I feel that I bring a comprehensive set of skills valuable to the specified position. Please review my enclosed resume for a more in-depth illustration of my work history and accomplishments. "I have worked with KP for 5 years and I have excelled in all the teams I have been placed on. I developed new ideas, updated the training logs, and raised the metrics because of my ability to complete the job better and faster than before. I have the little capability for promotion and haven’t been taught much more in HR than what my department offers. I learned more HR knowledge on my own will to ask questions from my colleagues in other departments or buildings within KP."
"I have worked for Kaiser Permanente us for a good time now and Kaiser has been nothing but committed compassionate and extremely careful when it comes to their employees needs and desires. They are an equal opportunity facility and a large company and remains number one in customer service all around"
