"Smile a lot and really research your job, I had a panel interview and they read off the questions which were redundant."

"The culture that management presents, the name of the game is not how good your supervisor thinks you are but how much he/she likes you."

"Too political, there's too many meetings every week about stupid stuff that can be taken care of by one person."

"I like the job stability of working at a Healthcare facility, and Kaiser pays higher than majority of other healthcare organizations."

"Always make yourself sound like a committed and hard worker."

"I hate being in the front as a receptionist. I would like to work more in a back office where I don't have front contact, and be in my own office or cubicle."

"Be more organized and make things fair. Try my best to keep my employees happy."

"Be honest and truthful and give 100% because money talks with this company and any other company, so that should and would be your first priority."

"I would have to say the space was a big concern. We were at the time all 100+ of us in a small office space and it got to be VERY distracting."

"As management goes, all I have to suggest is to appreciate the employees and when they are happy, the work gets done and they come to work and perform to their best abilities. Appreciation pretty much."
