"Supporting audits and investigations into data discrepancies. During my recent time at Kaiser, I was in charge of addressing and resolving member reinstatement requests. Many of the issues revolved around issues related to paperwork processes, escalations to correct internal personnel, and data accuracy. Through this work, I was able to develop comprehensive business analyses and projections for management that enabled me to leverage data in their operational decision making."

"The most toxic work environment I have come across. Contractors are treated unfairly and very expendable. Managers do not care to improve their workplace and instead encourage competition and toxicity over collaboration and education. Managers also are never on the same page and communication is extremely poor all around. Even Full Time employees that have been there for nearly 10 years are unable to have flexibility with their work-life balance, schedule, and even requesting time off. Poor reviews from the top to the bottom. The entire company needs to be severely restructured."
