"I found Kaiser Permanente to be an excellent opportunity and corporation to work for."
"Kaiser is a great place to learn the best in health care/insurance. But it is also a gigantic company with many stakeholders in any single project. Sometimes it seems too difficult to do simple things. But other times, you get the great feeling that what you have done is the best in the industry."
"Love it! Kaiser is fabulous! Great culture, supportive environment, excellent benefits, good pay with a transparent and approachable administration."
"Company is good, they are trying to bring in good things, use new technologies, but there is a lot of dependency is on the vendors. Overall it's good working in here."
"It was a pleasure working as part of the KP family. Like any big corporation their were politics, but overall I felt valued and respected as an employee. If I had not relocated out of the area, I would still be very happy to continue working for Kaiser."
"I have worked for Kaiser Permanente for 20 years. Over this time I have worked my way up the chain of command. I started as an administrative assistant and now I am a senior manager. This is a great organization to work for. Since this company impacts members/patient care, I would recommend any one to get health insurance through Kaiser Permanente as well as work for them."
"I worked as a contract employee assigned to Kaiser. I was 1 of 2 deploying new computers through out the Woodland Hills region, so I occasionally traveled to outlining medical offices. The regular IT staff were helpful. Being medical offices and a hospital one needed to work with the staff for the best times to switch out the workstations, so having excellent customer service skills is a must."
"It was nice experience working over there."
"Kaiser Permanente has a strong work/life balance and a serious goal of providing best-in-class healthcare. They are not a technology company, which sometimes gets in the way of creating ideal digital experiences. Growth is possible, but they have a tendency to put people in a role for several years without a pay increase, before making it official."
"Kaiser Permanente is an integrated managed care organization, based in Oakland, California, USA, founded in 1945. Kaiser Permanente is a consortium of three distinct groups of entities: the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and its regional operating subsidiaries, Kaiser Foundation, and the autonomous regional Permanente Medical Groups."
"I've worked for Kaiser Permanente for almost 3 years and since I've been there I have always had a good and positive work environment. Co-workers and Kaiser employees are all great to work with and I never have any complaints. I have learned a lot as my time progressed in the company. I can use everything I have learned later in life throughout my career and I am thankful for that."
"Great place to work. The management team empowers their staff."
"This company is like a big titanic that needs to be maneuvered softly and correctly. Therefore, projects could take a while due to a lot of moving parts involved."
"Kaiser Permanente is a great place to work with lots of benefits and perks."
"Reputable company with great benefits."
