"I enjoyed the growth opportunities, the ability to have employee opinions valued, the excellent vacation (four weeks) and sick pay, and good work associates and management. I felt respected, valued and was allowed to contribute and succeed."

"It is a worldwide company that is successful and diverse. But jobs are often moved out of the country, making it difficult to feel secure in one's position."

"Be ready to work long hours, and make sure you have the work ethic and disipline to be there every day, especially during the first 90 days."

"I dislike the constant feeling of no job security nor team work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"For the most part, they should be fair and keep the playing field level. There is no structure at any level, causing several new rules and changes on a constant. Change is good, but whims are not and definitely not within business."

"They have improved. You are what you make of your job. So smile and make your money count! :)"
What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?
"Managers had favorites and would always give them priority to everything. I was only able to work Monday, Friday, and Saturday (busy days), even if I wanted to work more."

"As part of a management team, be fair regardless. Remember to keep business and personal life seperate."
