"This is the worst company to work for. They demand so much with no pay while the boss makes thousands more and taking all the credit. I'm currently working for them and wish I wasn't because upper management are scumB$##s. If you can avoid this company please do so because they only care about their own pay and couldn't care less about yours. If I didn't have a family to look after, I'd flip off my boss."
"The culture is awful. There is no collaboration. Employees are racists and bigots. When taken to management, nothing is done. To say it's a difficult place to work is an understatement."
"I have worked for Jones Lang LaSalle for a little over 9 months. I do work off-site at the client's headquarters. Although it is a strong company with plenty of opportunity for growth, you seem to be disconnected quite a bit if working directly for the client."
"Horrible company to work for. Very cut throat."
"My initial review for Jones Lang LaSalle in the north eastern region was excellent between 2008 - 2012. My management team cared about their employees and career development. When I accepted a role in the mid-Atlantic I expected the same from their management team. JLL was disconnected and disorganized in this particular region. My treatment at the end of my employment was very disappointing, especially since I relocated for my last position."
"I have worked with JLL since 2011. I enjoy my co-workers however the company as a whole tends to spread employees to thinly, often requiring one person to do the job of many and then poorly compensating them for it."
"JLL is a good company, the only down side I see was the poor communication with upper management."
"It was great at first, but it's all talk with no action. They say "Pay for Performance" but I haven't seen it yet!"
"Was a Technician position I took while economy was bad and Engineering positions scarce. Left when Engineering opportunities started opening up."
"I have found JLL to be an excellent company. They embrace innovation, listen to their employees and provide a flexible, comfortable work environment. There is also potential for career advancement and excellent communication among the teams."
"Great job; I was offered a position elsewhere that I was a better fit for."
"I worked for Jones Lang LaSalle for 2.5 years and I really learned a lot. They offer excellent benefits and time off policies."
"I worked for JLL Americas Corporate Services group for two years and gained valuable experience with Integrated Faciities Management, Key Performance Indicators and metrics. My JLL colleagues were all dedciated and motivated professionals and itwas a great pleasure to work with them."
"Great experience, the company is professional and has high ethical standards"
