"My initial review for Jones Lang LaSalle in the north eastern region was excellent between 2008 - 2012. My management team cared about their employees and career development. When I accepted a role in the mid-Atlantic I expected the same from their management team. JLL was disconnected and disorganized in this particular region. My treatment at the end of my employment was very disappointing, especially since I relocated for my last position."
"I have worked with JLL since 2011. I enjoy my co-workers however the company as a whole tends to spread employees to thinly, often requiring one person to do the job of many and then poorly compensating them for it."
"JLL is a good company, the only down side I see was the poor communication with upper management."
"It was great at first, but it's all talk with no action. They say "Pay for Performance" but I haven't seen it yet!"
"Was a Technician position I took while economy was bad and Engineering positions scarce. Left when Engineering opportunities started opening up."
"I have found JLL to be an excellent company. They embrace innovation, listen to their employees and provide a flexible, comfortable work environment. There is also potential for career advancement and excellent communication among the teams."
"Great job; I was offered a position elsewhere that I was a better fit for."
