"This particular J&J subsidiary (Ortho-McNeil Neurologics) dissolved the field sales force. Recommend applying for J&J position in general."

"Focus was more on the metrics than on building long term relationships."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let employees do what works with their customers instead of regimenting something that worked in NJ to be uniformly practiced everywhere."
