"I have been working for Johnson & Johnson, Inc. for nearly 5 years. I feel as though, it is a role, which is very comprehensive in that I cover both MFG/Supply Chain Accounting/FP&A as well as SG&A/Corporate/CAP-EX/IT Software Platform Accounting/FP&A. It is almost as if my entire background is heavily utilized in this role, but, it is also strengthened. Last, I lead a team of 2 Senior Accountants & 2 Senior Financial Analysts (since I cover 2 different Businesses - Consumer Products & Pharmaceuticals). I love the people with whom I work. I love the values of the corporation. I love challenging myself each & every day. I am always looking for opportunities to reduce costs/improve processes (without sacrificing quality/safety/public health)."

"Management changes in 2006 ushered in a focus on cost cutting without regard for maintaining the morale, or established culture."

"Shake up Executive Management and reinstate the principles of the company's CREDO."

"Johnson & Johnson is an extremely family friendly organization. Although the work environment is high-corporate in every sense of the word, there was still an air of friendliness missing from many other organizations of its magnitude. The benefits are too numerous to mention from health to education for employees and also their family. Great experience."

"Be happy you got this far. If you are one of the fortunate chosen, just make sure to work very diligently and to be loyal to a company that will reward you over and over."
