What don't you like about working at Vertex Pharmaceuticals?
"Overseas management is slow to react and too conservative to allow reasonable pacing of development. Layoffs were unpredictable and significant. New hardware equipment designs were approved that lacked basic thermal stabilization needed for biological testing accuracy."

"Find and retain capable employees. Make sure that new designs are reviewed to avoid disasterous deficiencies."
