"Don't. This company used to be a great place to work but under the new mamnagement it is a nightmare."

"The new Management is prone to knee jerk decisions and are disrespectful to this employees."

"Trust your key employees to do the jobs they are trained."

"Need to be willing to travel. Will need to move to NJ if you want to be promoted."

"When HQ moved to New Jersey, the plans for the former HQ were not made clear for well over two years leaving the staff in limbo."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue to be more aggressive with acquisitions, especially as it relates to IT infrastructure. Taking so long to integrate Andrx cost a lot of money in redudant effort."

"I enjoyed the ability I had to implement proven technology and improve systems."

"Since the company is no owned by Kennametal I would suggestion looking into their policies and systems. You will need to learn their way of doing business. It seems like a good company but I am only a few months into the transition."

"Dues to the size of the company I was limited on budget and resources."

"Do not stick to your daily duties only and try to help other departments. Interdepartmental collaboration is key on any company."

"The corporation does not provide a good solid direction for the school. This puts a lot of stress on the school management team when planning for the future as the corporation could create new guidelines that may alter the planning done at the campus level"

"Local management at the school works well.Corporate management needs to be more proactive and less reactive. Lack of proper planing creates chaos, cost money, and makes things stressful for all employees."

"Varied task demand due to being a start up. One day can be networking, storage the next, firewalls another day, servers one day, application troubleshooting the next day, and so on."

"It is a great company for those wanting a variety of solvable technical challenges on a weekly basis."

"The company has not grown in years, so there is zero room for promotion."

"Loved the people other than the CEO. Very sick woman."

"RUN!!! Dont walk.. Run. Whatever you do... dont quit a current job to go to this place until the CEO is removed."
What don't you like about working at FCCHC?
"CEO is a very sick woman. She is very fake, mean, nasty and the worst Manager I have seen in 15 years of working. She really needs to be in a mental institution. 98% turnover rate. Screaming and yelling and the next split second, laughing. The doctors that work there say the only way they can sit in a room with her is if they pretend she is a mental patient. Very true story...."

"I would get rid of the CEO. It would be a wonderful place to work with good management."
