"Worked directly for the boss. Other than him, very little red tape to deal with."

"The first year or two are the hardest because of the plant shutdowns and the way vacations are paid."

"Not enough time off other than the two yearly plant shutdowns."

"Provide more time off, especially for long-term employees. It is a way of rewarding longevity."

"The company has downsized drastically and is about to go down to less than 15 people."

"The management has always been great. I don't have much to suggest except I wish the CEO would be more in touch with the employees."

"Be careful, read between the lines. Be as clear as possible about the expectations they have and get everything in writing."

"C-level leadership totally out of touch with current business/technology realities. C-level execs maintain and protect silos of power and information, therefore, the company has low information/knowledge sharing capacity/culture."

"Decreasing financial stability that may lead to the eventual downfall of the entire organization."

"Budgeting in order to be successful must be administered unilaterally from the top to the bottom. Profitability is systemic of smart spending and resource utilization."

"Atlantis senior management team struggled to grow the manufacturing flow correctly with a new ERP system. Lots of issues with a new ERP system due to inexperience by senior management."

"I currently do not have any suggestions for the management staff at Atlantis components. The goal of the management team to sell the organization was successful."

"The location! I relocated from Pennsylvania and love being in the warmer climate."

"Don't bother. I don't see a future with this company."

"The company recently split and the transition has not been very easy. I believe they are struglling financially and can't figure out why. I have answers, but they have not communicated my ideas as of yet."

"Restructure our payroll for the visiting staff, have more confidence in what the IT department can do and pay the invoices so we don't get stopped in making progress."
