"politics and too much documentation and restrictions. Management also not proactive enough."

What do you like about working at Bankstown City Council?
"Bankstown city council is one of the largest councils in New South Wales, Australia. There are about 750 users at around 25 locations adding to the already complex environment. Council has 2 data centres and supports a wide range of systems including ERP-SAP, Customer relationship management system Merit, Property Management System pathway, document management system Techone ECM, Web content management system, GIS, Library management system, Point of sale and around 28 specialist applications."

"Know your resume well, try to connect the common aspects of the desirable job and your prior work experience."

"its a great place to work , would have like to continue but would like to be close to my family (spouse currently working in Kalamazoo)."
