"If you go there you will have to work a lot for a minimun compensation."

"Null support from company. Total chaos when I arrived. Working extra hours and weekends without compensation."

"Better salaries to workers, extra hours payment and be polite with people"

"Not much room for advancement, low pay. Science field is not exactly my area of expertise."

"They are discussing closing shop, they have liquidated nearly all of their assets. I can not in good faith reccomend anyone to apply with them for this reason."

"Lack of communication, unwillingness for the company to update items such as their website and hardware, the phrase that was always spoken by the owners was We dont have the money to fix anything"

"They should communicate better with employees. if there is a conflict with self made schedules etc, they should tell the person, and not, not say anything."

"It is a good place to work and easy mangement. There is some restriction on employee career plan."

"There is no corporate policy on group level plus there is no IT steering committee to drive IT project on group level."

"provide growth plan for their business and introduce a control to monitor overhead.plus, Increase IT budget in order to implement new technology."

"The upper management is very supportive. My supervisor and the Executive Director understand and appreciate the work I do."

"If you are coming from the private sector, expect to see things move slowly. And don't expect good compensation."

"The compensation is not competitive. Also, the process of getting things done is slow."

"Pay competitive salary. Try to convince LSU's management to cut the red-tape to make decisions faster."
