The Operations side of my position was highly challenging and included project management to open new office locations, managing all maintenance needs of all company sites and the telephony systems. The IT management side of things was interesting since it involved multiple types of connectivity to the main office: line of sight between offices, fiber optics, Internet connectivity and dial-in were all utilized."
