"I did not like the hours. Having to work almost every week-end interfeared with church and volunteer work that I do with other organizations."

"My suggestion for management would be to talk with your employees and understand their wants and needs. This will help you have a more productive staff if you can realize ther goals and work together to achieve the end results."

"The stability was great, the staff where great! They treated us very professionally. They had job placement opportunities, the option to relocate to other states."
