"Sometimes you feel they are sitting on their laurels, feeling overconfident about themselves, and not believing in the mantra that to be ahead of the pack, it is not how big you are, but it is how fast you are that matters. Also, they are reluctant to accept changes in the market."

"In this day of globalization, be open to fast-paced changes, as the above mantra followed in IT industry, it applies to all business and industries to survive."

"Since the division I worked with was military contacts for semiconductor manufacturing, it was quite difficult to implement any changes, but it taught me to be more detailed and verify that changes were improvements which did not effect any product performance or change."

"I dislike the new transient, outside-of-the-industry management that enacted changes for the worse, got rewarded, and moved on before the impact of their (bad) decisions came to fruition."
