"I sold to G.E. in Schenectady, NY, and made a first sale in six months, which was supposed to take a year. Good compensation."

"My manager was very difficult to work with."

"More management training is needed."

"They gave me empowerment and let me do tasks and research and reports for them without having to check in too much. I really felt a part of the team and contributory to their goals and improved sales efforts."
What don't you like about working at Honeywell?
"Some days felt slow, but that is not uncommon in the summer in DC, and there were multiple interns with me so some tasks or research went by fast (not totally a bad thing), since we divided the research up for new sales opportunities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None really. Tim Keating (who was my boss there at the time) was the greatest boss ever."

"I disliked the lack of management's understanding of hurdles."

"Get out there and see the troops."
"Temporary contract. I wish it had been extended but the project was over and they already had someone else in that area of the company."

"They do seem to go through managers rather quickly."

"Do not get low-balled on offer - if working operations work/life balance will be in the toilet. HR here is horrendous when it comes to backing personnel."
