"I dislike the new transient, outside-of-the-industry management that enacted changes for the worse, got rewarded, and moved on before the impact of their (bad) decisions came to fruition."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Sell the remaining viable parts of the business to L3 Communication or another corporate entity that understands the industry and will resuscitate them."
